We have updated our policies and procedures in order to provide a safe environment for our staff and clients. We are happy to welcome you back and ask that you please review the policies below which help control the number of people in the salon and ensure physical distancing measures are respected whenever possible. By confirming your appointment prior to your visit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the policies herein.
Hours of Operation:
Appointment schedules will be modified to accommodate a reduced capacity in the salon. We may therefore book appointments outside of our regular hours of operation. We will also do our best to accommodate vulnerable individuals reserving the first time slots of the day on specific days.
Booking Appointments:
We will see clients by appointment only. Appointments can be booked by phone during our regular business hours. We do anticipate a high demand in the first few weeks of reopening but will accommodate same day appointments whenever possible.
On the Day of Your Visit:
If you feel unwell leading up to your appointment, please notify us and cancel. There will be no cancellation fees. Please attend your appointment alone without family, friends or pets. Minimize what you bring into the salon, ideally only essentials such as phone and form of payment. Outside food and drink will not be permitted and our typical water, coffee and tea service will be suspended. Please wear a mask for the duration of your visit. If you do not bring a mask from home, we will have limited quantities available for sale for use during your visit. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment as you will be asked to wait outside until your stylist or aesthetician is ready. We will screen for symptoms through a questionnaire. Our greetings will be warm but touchless to minimize contact. Upon entry you will be asked to sanitize your hands using an alcohol-based sanitizer or wash your hands at the hand sink in our washroom. For salon clients blow dry services will be temporarily unavailable. We will instead send you home with a complimentary hair mask.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. Haircut clients will be provided with a protective disposable layer and disposable towel.
2. Haircut clients may leave with wet hair, styled with product or put up, as preferred.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Cashless payments will be both preferred and encouraged. We have added a one time $5 surcharge to all services designed to help cover the cost of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees, increased sanitation measures, and operating at a reduced capacity.
Although we have always held high standards of sanitation we have reviewed and updated our policies and procedures to implement the extra precautions keep our staff and clients safe as we reopen. All team members will receive supplementary health and sanitation training to maintain our standards.
